You can use the form below to request a record of employment. Please note that I.A.T.S.E. Local 56 does not issue any record of employment. Your request will be sent to the employers selected in the form below.

Please note that to make any request related to UQAM (Salle-Pierre Mercure), you must use their portal (https://jira.uqam.ca/servicedesk/).

If you have not heard back from them within 7 days of your request, you can contact them directly using the information in the work files of the Work files page.
